If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. Returned items must be unused and contained in their original packaging.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement/refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

As avid candle enjoyers, we know how difficult it is to judge a candle without smelling it in person. Scent is subjective, and while we personally love every single one of our fragrances, we know that sometimes a scent might just not be what you were expecting. That’s why we offer our no-questions-asked guarantee: if you don’t like the scent of the candle you ordered, we’ll send you a replacement of your choosing completely free. No fuss.
