We want everyone to be pleased with their order. Whilst we do not currently accept returns, we will readily provide replacements or refunds in the unlikely event of an issue with your purchase. For further information, please refer to our full returns policy.

We feel strongly that everyone should have a safe place to call home, which is why 10% of our net profits are donated to registered UK charities supporting people experiencing homelessness. All of our donations are made on an annual basis. If you would like to know more, some further information on our charitable giving can be found in Section 21 of our terms of service.

We tested a lot of different candle waxes and ultimately decided that cocosoy is the best. It benefits from superior hot throw to pure soy wax, and has a much smoother surface reset. Both soy and cocosoy have a beautiful creamy texture and unbeatable cold throw, whilst being significantly more sustainable than paraffin and mineral waxes. Vegetable waxes burn more cleanly than paraffin waxes and produce less soot, maintaining higher air quality in your home.

When your candle is finished, simply store it in the freezer for several hours to loosen the labels and remaining wax. The wax should now be easy to remove using a butter knife. Wipe the container with a dab of olive oil to remove any residue, then give it a final clean with a warm wet towel to restore it for reuse.
